YES! We encourage you to attend the home inspection so you yourself can see all the components we check, and ask questions.

An All American Property Inspection on average takes 21/2 to 31/2 hours to complete, depending on the size and age of the property.

Are your inspectors insured?

YES! All American Property Inspectors are insured for general liability and errors and omissions insurance.

What does a home inspection cost?

Single Family Homes start at $195.00 (inspection fees are determined by age and size of home.)

Town Homes start at $175.00 (inspection fees are determined by age and size of home.)

Condominiums from $165.00 (inspection fees are determined by age and size of home.)

Radon and Water testing available call for information and rates.

Fees are payable at time of inspection
